My cousin's aunty was discussing the relationship between her brother and his girlfriend, now fiancé. Seems like they'd taken the anti-AIDS advertising campaign seriously (the message that everyone was equally vulnerable to contracting HIV), back then. They were so frightened by those AIDS ads that they'd begun using condoms even though they were both still virgins when they first began making love. What a terrible waste of pleasure caused by taxpayer funded misinformation because a minority group with an agenda had managed to take control of the funding.
I eventually managed to get a copy of the court transcript and it makes for interesting reading. That lawyer they had was so full on.

“My clients, and all gay and bisexual men, have the right to their sexual preferences and to say otherwise is illegal.” he replied.
“Illegal it may be to express any hint of repulsion at anal sex but pumping an arsehole with a rigid penis has the potential for injury that is exacerbated by the fact that the intestine has only a single layer of cells separating it from highly vascular tissue so organisms introduced into the rectum have a much easier time establishing a foothold for infection than they would in a vagina. Is that not also true?”
“That may be as you say, sir, but I am not a medical doctor so I can’t agree, but even so, you must realize that we are specifically prohibited by law from denigrating the homosexual act.” Yusuf repeated.
“But Mr Yusuf, because both participants are generally exposed to blood, sperm and faeces, particularly when snowballing, the immuno-suppressive effect of ejaculate makes oral-anal-genital intercourse the most efficient manner of transmitting HIV and rimming provides a rich opportunity for other infections caused by the sexualizing of human waste.”
"Is it necessary to mention specific sexual activities?" lawyer Yusuf asked of the judge. "I'd prefer we just stick to the term 'Gay" and be done with it." he added.

Were they just trying to keep the gays voting for them?
The government grant-givers knew the truth would not be told by such compromised people and that some version in line with the political agenda of the queer community would appear in the media instead.
 As a result of that negligence and denial of responsibility to properly inform the citizens of this state about an incurable, contagious, usually fatal, disease and its causes they robbed my clients, young lovers in love as they were, of the confidence and serenity that the truth about their zero status as potential AIDS patients would have given them. So they wouldn’t have resorted to condom use in the flowering of their love. Loving in the shadow of death. Afraid that the virus was with them. The dermatological cells on the surfaces of the genitals are extraordinary. They are specifically designed to transmit pleasure directly to the mind.

Done by distributing large amounts of public funds to groups with a strong vested interest in spreading this mis-message as part of a program to make AIDS a heterosexual disease because if it is identified as a gay disease then many people would be more concerned about the huge public health costs accrued by the spread of HIV by concensual homosexual oral or anal sex.
The famous bowling ball advert by siimon which included a little girl in a pinafore being knocked to her doom by that big cold hard black ball bowled by the totally indiscriminate grim reaper, complete with scythe, probably the first time he has had such a comeback since the plague. It was a shocking ad.
The homosexual activists had only been partly successful in contaminating the blood supply by encouraging members of the gay community to donate blood en masse which led to more thorough blood screening.
Infection rates decreased dramatically among injecting drug users where clean needles were made available. Still the main avenue of extension in poor corrupt countries. Direct correlation
So when the rates of new infections has started to climb amongst gay men the government has continued to censor the fact that nearly all new infections are amongst homosexual and bisexual men.
Consider the sex minus gender politics that exist so that it becomes a "you fuck me Ill fuck you" scenario played out in bathhouses, public toilets, and special frontline $5 fuck shops where strangers stumble into the dark to fuck and be fucked and to suck and be sucked.

And then they were put in charge of the money to promote awareness of the virus, according to their hidden agenda. If not to make it a straight disease at least to encourage the public to think that almost everyone had an equal chance of contracting the virus. So dishonest, and paid for by the taxpayer. As time went by and the angle was refined and reinforced a million times gradually no media reports even mentioned the word gay in relation to HIV; or even the word homosexual despite the fact that 90% of all new aids cases are men who fuck men.
The politics of organizations like WHO turned the focus onto prostitution. They virtually ignored the way injecting drug users had cleaned up their acts, partly due to needle exchange, but they completely airbrushed out the number one group who continued to spread HIV and left people such as my clients so confused about the threat of contracting HIV.
HIV Doesn’t Discriminate’ was the message that caused them to use condoms whenever they had sex, up until July 14th last year. This is a deplorable situation, young love denied, young love kept apart by sterile rubber. Young unrepeatable passion squelched and gone forever due to misinformation funded by the government to be beamed into every home in the country! 
The minorities have exploited the goodwill of their hosts and hijacked the emotion and determination to make a better world, except for particular well organized and funded groups such as gays and feminists. The legitimacy of their gripes disguised the divisive and disempowering aspects of focusing on very small minorities as though they represented the whole or a significant portion of it, which they didn’t and still don’t despite so many years of hard politicking and very well connected and orchestrated propaganda.
